For the hardworking chefs who run busy kitchens and have a million and a half things to do, we present Skyfood's heavy duty electric shredder-slicer (model PA-141). This floor model workhorse grates, shreds and slices cheese and vegetables and will do so at a rate of about 880 pounds per hour. The PA-141 has a powerful 1.5 horsepower motor that spins its oversized 17" grating, slicing and shredding discs. The large-mouthed hopper (5-1/8" x 5-1/8") of this machine easily accommodates whole mozzarella rounds, block cheeses and large vegetables; a heavily weighted pusher (or "stomper") helps push the cheese or vegetables down into the rotating discs and the finished product drops into the PA-141's oversized catch bucket. This shredder-slicer-grater has stainless steel feed chute and pusher; the top is easily removed and the entire unit is easy to clean. This is an excellent high volume food processor and will provide dependable service for years to come. Note: Shredding, slicing and grating discs sold separately.
