This is Omcan's 10 liter capacity soup kettle (model SB6000) without the plastic lid. The kettle is specifically designed for soups and other liquid based food items and will help keep all of them warm. The temperature can easily be controlled via thermostat ranging from 30 degree-90 degree. Its exterior body is constructed from powder coated steel. Its a great option in a 10 liter soup kettle and a great value for the money. Also see model SB6000B by Omcan for the 10 liter version of this product with the plastic lid and the SB6000S for the stainless steel version of this kettle.
