This stainless steel cheese cutter is manufactured by Omcan (model 11400) and uses what has now become a standard cheese-cutting technology: the "floating wire" system, which is simple to use and easy to clean and maintain. This is a lightweight countertop model, 11"x14"x4", which, despite its sturdy stainless steel construction, weighs only six pounds. The clean lines and stainless surface make this unit very easy to clean. Not recommended for hard cheeses, this cutter is more than adequate for the cutting of cheddar, camembert, brie, stilton, etc. Got cheese to cut?
