Use the Omcan #32 3-hole Hard Steel Kidney Plate to stabilize the auger when stuffing casings with your grinder. Remove the grinding plate and knife from your grinder's auger and replace with the Omcan 3-hole Kidney Plate and then the stuffing tube.

Use the Omcan #32 3-hole Hard Steel Kidney Plate to stabilize the auger when stuffing casings with your grinder. Remove the grinding plate and knife from your grinder's auger and replace with the Omcan 3-hole Kidney Plate and then the stuffing tube. This item is designed to keep the auger centered in the head, thus allowing the meat to flow more easily into the casing. Use with #32 grinders.
