This four-tray dehydrator from Excalibur (model exmoded) works as well as Excalibur's larger models but this is an affordable, "no frills" model that will have you drying your fresh foods and creating nutritious snacks in no time. Dehydrate vegetables, fruits (including puree for roll-ups), meats for jerky, nuts even use it to make homemade yogurt or raise bread. Works Great
It's a good product. I use if for drying hops and herbs for home brew beer. I've also made beef jerky with it . Work great so far

Great Product
So far, I've used this to make marinated, raw/living veggies (110 deg for 4 hours), and it worked great! I plan on making dried apple slices next.
