This splendid Excalibur dehydrator (model 3926tb) has nine plastic trays measuring 15 inches square, for a total drying area of 15 square feet. Ideal for the drying of nuts, herbs, vegetables and fruits, as well as jerky meats and fruit puree for tasty fruit roll-ups; this dryer also can be utilized in helping dough rise and in making homemade yogurt. Thermostatically-controlled air is efficiently circulated by the unit's seven-inch fan (range of drying temperature is 105 degree 165 degreeF. The included 26-hour timer completes the package. Made in the U.S.A.

    We received this last week. Packaged great for shipment, shipped and received fast. We have already used it twice to make jerky and it worked wonderful. It is loud like most dehydrators so I would recommend leaving in the garage. Had zero problems understanding instructions, easy to work and use.
