Description
TM 110 Vegetable & Cheese Slicer is versatile and ideal for restaurants, delis and caterers. With many different blades to choose from, you can easily slice, shred, grate, julienne and dice vegetables, fruits & cheeses. This processor includes disc holder, polycarbinate container and (1) slicing disc (DF Series) of your choice*. Features continuous feed operation; product drops into the container by gravity. Polished aluminum base, stainless steel motor shell. Hopper opening sizes: oval main opening (6.2"L x 3"W). Feed opening for long-shaped products (2" diam.). Production: 420 lbs/hr (191 kg).
