With 520 square inches of premium smoking area, this programmable smokehouse cabinet by Bradley Smoker (model BTDS76P) gives you all the benefits of a traditional smoker with digital efficiency and convenience. The generation of the flavored smoke, the cabinet temperature, the duration of the smoking session all are controlled digitally. The best fuel to burn in this futuristic smoker is Bradley Smoker bisquettes, wood chips pressed into puck-shaped lozenges, available in a variety of savory woods (oak, mesquite, cherry, etc. sold separately. Pile a stack of bisquettes in the smoke generator's fuel tower; the bisquettes each burn for about 20 minutes; the longest smoke session you can program is approximately nine hours. Great for all kinds of meats, poultry and fish, you can even flavor nuts and vegetables to good effect. The smoker's 4 wire shelves are adjustable so you can utilize the entire cabinet area for smoking larger food items (the total interior height is 19 inches above the base drip tray.     Owned a Bradley smoker for many years, bought the digital smoker, one of the better smokers I think. Easy to setup and set your heat. Bisquettes are getting harder to find though.

    This is my first smoker purchase. I wasn't sure what to expect. Turns out the Bradley is just the right smoker for me. I choose the digital but not the bluetooth product. I'm never more than 20 steps away from the smoker so I don't need to control it with a phone app! The 76L is easy to assemble and use. The instructions for use are good but do read them twice before your first attempt. Four racks is plenty of room to fit a bunch of food. I like being load the wood discs, set the smoker and oven, and monitor its progress on the external digital dial. This is an excellent 'set & sit back' smoker. Do expect the internal temperature to fluctuate 3-9 degrees from the oven set temperature. Also do follow the recommendation to preheat the oven, especially in cold climates. Salmon and a 7 lb. pork shoulder under my belt! Cheers

    The unit did not heat up as hot as I wanted, but still did the job within a few degrees. Called bradley and they said it's opperating as normal. Overal a 4 for me.
