Description
You've heard of the iPhone now Bradley Smoker has a smoking cabinet with iSmoke technology, available here in this 120V Smart Smoker (model BS916. With most of the same great features as the standard Bradley Digital Smoker, this innovative Smart Smoker can now be controlled with your Bluetooth-enabled tablet or smartphone. Control the smoke generator and the smoke oven, adjust the temperature and the session duration and even advance the briquettes further into the burner all from your phone. Six racks are included; inside, two separate, color-coded sensors tell you the temperature in two different locations in the smokehouse at the same time. The smoker's cabinet interior is insulated stainless steel with a silicone door seal. Standing proudly on four adjustable feet, this Bradley Smart Smoker is an essential tool for chefs who love smoked meats, fish and cheese. Includes a recipe booklet.
