Constructed of durable stainless steel, this Bayou Fryer with cart includes hook mount for your propane tank, side shelf, rubber wheels and locking casters for mobility, and includes 2 stainless mesh baskets, measuring 11" x 5.25" x 4" at the bottom of the baskets. Model 700-704 is comprised (4 gallon Bayou fryer) and the accessory cart in one box! If you have questions about our products we are here to help you.

    after seeing our Lake Erie guide use this i had to get one for myself. Used it several times and it works great. All stainless, even the fasteners. If you like to cook fish, this is the one for you!!!
