Proof mode has 10 different adjustments for adjusting humidity levels. Easy to read LED display and clear transparent polycarbonate door with 90-deg stay open feature for loading product. Humidifying water tray to prevent loss of moisture and preserves food. Fully insulated cabinet with environmentally friendly foaming material prevents heat loss and provides energy savings. Detachable slides and removeable control drawer for easy cleaning. Includes 6-foot power cord and 4 casters (2 swivel and 2 locking). 1.3" clearance between slides.
