These superb zipper vacuum sealer bags from VacMaster (model 948502) are ideal for storing frequently used foods like cheese, bacon, or cooked dishes. The shelf life and storage benefits of vacuum sealing are well known (and scientifically proven) but these bags with their recloseable zippers make a great idea even better. These are "Full Mesh" vacuum bags, 8"x12" (bags hold about a quart) and are B.P.A. free; they're also F.D.A. approved. They come 40 to a box.
