Description
The Arctic Air (model APP71R) pizza prep table is great for the mass production of pizza for your busy food business. This appliance has been subjected to very rigorous testing and has been held to the standards of NSF 7. This prep table is 41 inches tall, which is just right for standing work. It has a cold rail that holds 9 thrid size pans along with a refrigerated storage cabinet down below with 21cu.ft of storage space. The front and sides of the exterior are constructed of stainless steel as well as the inside floor. The double doors of this pizza workstation are self-closing due to magnetic door gaskets.
