Description
This pusher plate from Alfa International (model Vs-99P), as the name implies, pushes the vegetables down into the spinning grater/shredder or S-knife on your Gs-12 or Vs-12. (This door will fit only on these Alfa power attachments and will not work on a Hobart Vs9.) This pusher plate is heavy-gauge polished aluminum and must be hand-washed (don't put it in the automatic dishwasher. Easy to disassemble for cleaning.
