This hard cheese shredder disc is designed to work with Alfa International's grater-shredder power attachment models GS-12 and GS-22 as well as Hobart's grater-shredder VS-9 and many other similar power attachments. Made in Germany of the best quality stainless steel, this disc is designed specifically for grating hard cheese (it is not suited for processing soft cheeses. Alfa International also manufactures economy shredder discs, made in Taiwan; find them by searching the model number VS-12SD-x (where "x" is the hole size desired.
