Things get hectic in busy commercial kitchens and harried chefs need a safe and easy way to get mixer product from one end of the kitchen to the other: this Alfa International commercial mixer bowl dolly (model hmbt-223) is solid cast aluminum, has galvanized hardware and will safety transport loads of up to 800 pounds. This sturdy dolly is made in the U.S.A. and comes with rugged polypropylene castors (for replacement castors use model hmbt-castor. Designed for moving Hobart mixer bowls of 40 quarts up to 140 quarts (both Hobart Legacy and "Classic" Hobart bowls), this rolling dolly, made in the U.S.A., will also easily transport Globe, Univex or other model mixer bowls.
