You are viewing our Alfa International GS-12 COMBO. This combo packages comes with a complete GS-12 grater/shredder, disc holder and includes TWO disks (1/4" and 5/15" hole size). The package also comes with a VS-12KDS knife disk assembly to convert the GS-12 to a VS-12 vegetable shredder (complete with an adjustable "S" blade). This unit is made to fit standard size #12 mixer hubs or, the ALFA PB-12 power base.     Looks great. Excellent value for the price. Shipped and arrived quick. The S blade helps cut vegetables in bulk so we don't have to. A simple change to the blade holder lets us get back to shredding cheese. A well rounded great addition to our kitchen. Love it.
