This Alfa adaptable beater paddle (model 40Ba) has a 40-quart capacity but, when used with an adaptable bowl that has a bowl adapter ring, this beater paddle can be used on 60-, 80- and 140-quart Hobart mixers. N.S.F. approved. Made of solid cast aluminum. Twists into position (this accessory will not work if positioned in a Hobart Legacy mixer.) The Hobart O.E.M.# is 00-275447.
