Product Description

By common agreement "Classic" Hobart Mixers were the finest commercial mixers ever made. Alfa International in its turn manufactures the finest aftermarket replacement dough hooks for these mixers. This Spiral hook (model 140Ds) will fit the 140-quart Hobart V1401 mixer and related models. Made of cast aluminum, this NSF-approved hook has a brass insert constructed in its interior to lend added support and strength to the hook. Because of this strong construction, spiral hooks are usually recommended for all types of heavy dough, such as pizza or bread dough. (This accessory, like all accessories for "Classic" Hobart mixers, twists into place. It will not fit a Hobart Legacy mixer.) O.E.M. #: 00-295131.
