This item is the cabinet only (model PW-120C) for Adcraft's C.E.-certified, non-insulated proofer/heater banquet food cabinet (model PW-120. Purchase of this item does not include the warmer's control drawer. Non-insulated, constructed of non-corrosive aluminum, this cabinet, when used in conjunction with the control drawer (model PW-120H) allows chefs to keep cooked foods at proper temperature for extended periods of time. This proofer /warmer has been designed to accommodate 26" by 18" pans; pans are sold separately. Note: this cabinet ships "knocked down" (disassembled, saving freight costs) and is very simple to assemble (instructions are included.
