Adcraft's countertop electric fryer is able to fry up to 25 lbs. of food per hour, perfect for small pubs, diners, specialty stores and more. The tank insert is calibrated to make measuring easy. Each tank holds up to 6 liters of oil and fries up to 25 lbs. of food per hour. The commercial deep fryer is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel and comes with 2 nickel plated wire mesh fryer baskets with collapsable, heat-resistant handle. Nickel plated wire mesh grates to protect the heating coils and 2 stainless steel covers. Temperature control switch from 120 degree F to -375 degree F. 208V/240V, 2700-3600W (per tank), 15 Amps. Each tank has its own 6' grounded cord. NSF, UL listed. Our Adcraft commercial double tank electric deep fryer comes with a manufacturer warranty.
