Product Description
An excellent choice for snack bars, concession stands or restaurants, this floor-model, 47.25"-high, standing deep fryer from Adcraft's Black Diamond division (model bdgf-90-ng) has an oil reservoir constructed from the finest quality 16-gauge stainless steel. Generating 90,000 Btus, this fryer uses natural gas to heat stainless steel baffles, allowing oil temperatures to reach between 200 degreeF to 400 degreeF (93 degree-204 degreeC. The fryer's standing pilot light delivers instant ignition; an auto shut off feature engages when fryer temperatures exceed 450 degreeF (or 232 degreeC. Includes two oblong nickel-plated wire-mesh baskets, a nickel-plated tube rack, a drain extension, a built-in heat deflector all standing on sturdy adjustable 6" legs. Adcraft's premium Black Diamond fryers are constructed with made-in-the-U.S.A. components from Robert Shaw. Oil capacity is between 35-40 pounds. Uses Natural Gas (Ng. E.T.L. & E.T.L. Sanitation Listed. Parts and labor: 1 year warranty; in addition the stainless steel tank has a 5 year warranty.
