Place a ball of ground meat in the press and compact the meat into burger form. Making your own burgers allows you to season the meat exactly to your taste. These perfectly formed burgers eliminate "fat" burgers that tend to be undercooked in the center, and "thin" burgers that fall apart when you flip them. Using the TSM patty maker can speed up the food preparation process for cookouts or stocking the freezer with burger patties. The patty maker features an adjustable thickness up to 1-1/2" with a set burger diameter of 4-3/8". Size your patties up to 1 lb. hamburgers. Made of solid aluminum with Teflon coating makes for fast and easy clean up. Dishwasher safe.
