This T.S.M. digital 20-tray dehydrator (model 32750) boasts high quality construction, solid stainless steel fabrication and is Nsf-approved. Ideal for commercial restaurant or foodservice prep work this dehydrator works with four separate 800 Watt heating elements powered by a 220/240 Volt 3-Speed Motor. With inch-thick insulation this superb device provides more than 50 square feet of professional drying space. The temp range is approximately 90 degree- 185 degreeF and the digital controls feature a four-line L.C.D. display that allows the naming and customization of up to eight drying programs. The heating panels in the back are removable, as is the two-piece front door, making this unit very easy to clean. Speaking of the two-piece door, it has an exclusive moisture removal feature that works with an interior humidity sensor. The touch screen controller puts you in charge and allows you to set up your own sophisticated customized drying projects (the "My Recipes" setting) and establish quick start one-touch drying best of all, you can edit programs while the unit is operating  "on the fly". The display controls are easy to read and provide simple prompts for settings adjustments. Note: This dehydrator is frequently built to order, so allow 23 weeks as lead time for manufacture & shipment. Use of a 30 amp circuit breaker is recommended with this unit.
