These clear smoked collagen casings are ideal for making dried sausage sticks and semi-dry or dry cured meat products. TSM's collagen smoked casings are made to be stronger and more durable to carry the weight of hanging smokehouse stick meats. The casings are made of sturdy cattle hide and are edible. Keep casings refrigerated. The casings are edible and approximately 3/4" when stuffed. Stuffing capacity per package: 30 lbs.
