You're viewing our Sausage Maker hog middles 55-60 mm (2-1/4") makes 100+ lbs. Not edible casing, generally used for making blood sausage, sopressata and other types of sausages. Makes up to 100+ lbs. sausage. 1 lb of meat will use about 2 feet of casing. Soak the hog casings then with the plastic still on, slide one end over the stuffing tube and remove the plastic on the other end. TSM natural casings hold ground meats securely in place to produce delicious, savory sausages every time. The package makes up to 100+ lbs. of homemade sausage. Cannot ship outside U.S. .

    described as a good deal after I use the Hog Middles casing. I'm recovimg from surgery at this time and it may be after New Years before I'll be able to use them. I "ll let you know then , my opinion.
